Andrew Sheffer is originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia.  He has been practicing law in Marion, North Carolina since 1997, and has maintained his practice in Morganton, North Carolina since 2007.  

 

Mr. Sheffer obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in 1994, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in American Government.  As a result of his academic achievement at UVA, he was admitted into Phi Beta Kappa honor society.  He obtained his Juris Doctor law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1997.  He is fully licensed with the North Carolina State Bar and is also a member of the North Carolina State Bar Association.
